At Purplx, we understand that once you’ve chosen to Define the Shine, you want your pieces in hand as quickly as possible. We’ve optimized our global supply chain to ensure your jewelry is dispatched with speed and arriving in pristine condition.

1. Rapid Fulfillment Protocol

We don’t believe in making you wait. Our team operates on a high-efficiency schedule to get your order out of the vault and on its way:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled same-day or next-day.

  • Quality Control: Every piece undergoes a final inspection before being secured in our signature packaging.

2. Delivery Timelines

We provide Global Reach, ensuring that no matter where you are, the "Shine" can reach you.

  • USA Orders: 3–7 Business Days.

  • International Orders: 7–15 Business Days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, a digital tracking number will be sent directly to your email for real-time updates.

3. Secure Transit & Ownership

Every Purplx shipment is packaged to withstand the journey. However, please note the following regarding delivery:

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, the ownership of the items transfers to the customer.

  • Loss & Theft: Purplx is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored residence.
